5. Orders

Once you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the following information is correct:

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

If an order is cancelled after payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our refund policy.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to accept and pay for confirmed orders when delivered.

• An incorrect size was sent due to our error
• A product was received damaged or defective

Any claim may require photographic or video evidence.

10. Product Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been:

• Worn
• Washed
• Used
• Stained
• Altered
• Damaged after delivery
• Removed from their original hygienic condition

may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special prices may be subject to specific conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
